Request deletion in the app

1. Open Verbago and sign in to the caregiver account.
2. Open Settings, then Delete Account.
3. Review the effect of deletion, enter DELETE, and submit the request.
4. Verbago signs the device out and removes account-scoped local caches, encryption keys, and caregiver controls.

If you cannot sign in, email support@verbago.app from the account email and use the subject “Account deletion request”. We may verify the request before acting.

What happens next

One durable request tracks each account. Verbago records task status and audit events, retries temporary provider failures, and lets support record a manual provider confirmation when required. Repeated requests converge on the same deletion state.

You will receive completion confirmation at the caregiver email after all applicable tasks are complete. The published completion window is within 7 business days.

Information removed or anonymised

• Caregiver authentication records, sessions, profile, workspace membership, and account-scoped support data.
• Caregiver-created boards, schedules, templates, symbols, uploaded images, generated images, audio, training recordings, custom voices, and private device caches.
• Applicable queued or in-progress generation work, runtime state, dead letters, and account-attributable analytics identifiers.
• Applicable records held by OpenAI, ElevenLabs, PostHog, RevenueCat, Superwall, Stripe, Apple, Google, and other named processors, or an actionable retry/retention exception where the provider does not expose automatic deletion.

Records that must be retained for tax, payment, security, dispute, or other legal obligations are minimised and anonymised where possible rather than used for product activity.
